The Energy of Prosperity~ we are both the creative and destructive energy of our lives.

Everything in life is a byproduct of energy. Therefore, if we wish to be successful in life, we must learn how to harness the energy of prosperity. Shakti in Hinduism is believed to be the cosmic energy that moves through the entire universe creating ability, strength, power, potential and capacity. Shakti energy is the force that both maintains the universe and also makes it disintegrate. Shakti is known as the spouse of Shiva the Hindu God responsible for creation, upkeep and the destruction of the world. Together they enter into a dance of creation and destruction. This energy is believed to lie dormant within each of us at the base of our spine waiting to be awoken and lifted to our highest level of consciousness where we realize we are both the creative and destructive energy of our lives. What I am about to teach you is Padmini Vidya; the yoga of prosperity. Padmini means lady of the lotus and vidya means the science of yoga. The lady of the lotus refers to Lakshmi the goddess of wealth and purity. Lakshmi is personified as the shakti energy and also the wife of Vishnu one of the principal deities of Hinduism. Vishnu protects all humans and restores order to the world. He is found in all aspects of creation, as well as destruction and regeneration. Together they enter into the dance that either creates or destroys. Used wisely their energy will protect and regenerate, and this dance has the potential to create prosperity. Let’s begin END: Pay attention to your karma – you are both the creative and destructive principle of your life. Think about the great passions – for example anger. If you create anger you destroy kindness, happiness and joy. Reverse that and you create prosperity for a prosperous life is full of happiness and joy. Use your energy wisely and it will protect and provide all that you need to fulfill your life’s mission. Just remember you have the power and the potential to destroy ,or create prosperity. Keep soul walking and work your karma. EGO: The ego considers success to be accolated, titles and material symbols of wealth, But all of these things are transitory. Money comes and goes; beauty fades and importance can soon be forgotten. What is everlasting is the ability to direct your energy into punja. Draw your index finger in and place your thumb on top. Kindness and generosity create a kind and generous person and a kind and generous person carries that energy no matter what their station in life. Prosperity begins with believing in your ability to consciously create a better state of being and in this you make the word a better place. It takes work – that’s karma. Prosperity with a Purpose

The genesis for what I am about to teach you came from a message attached to a tea bag. It said to learn read and so I read; to know write and so I wrote, and to master teach and so I taught, and this has led me to discover how to prosper in the world. It is now time for me to share this with you.

What I discovered is that prosperity is everywhere. The challenges of life are simply opportunities to prosper and not barriers; unless you make it so. If you ask the world to bring you prosperity it will. If you ask it for poverty, it will surely oblige.

While working to correct my karma I stumbled upon an ancient yoga text about a lesser-known branch of yoga, Padmini Vidya the pathway to prosperity. As I began to study and teach it in relationship to Karma, I discovered that if you aim your life in the right four directions while paying careful attention to what you think, say and do, you will discover the treasures of life, and in this you will prosper.

Now I wish to share this path with you. Every obstacle in life is an opportunity to reveal the secret treasures of life. These treasures will endow you with all you need to prosper. You just need to know where to find them and then how to use them so that you prosper.

Just remember a secret is only a secret until it is revealed. When the seeker is ready to discover the secret, the secret pathway will be found.

The path to prosperity is not easily found. Like all things in life to truly prosper you must pay careful attention to your karma. The universe has a perfect accounting system. For every effect there will be a cause. Life become hat life does.  Let’s get started.

END

To prosper you must first learn how-to walk-through life in a soulfully conscious way. While doing this you will have the opportunity to discover the real treasures of life. Use them wisely and you will prosper. These treasures are available to everyone who has the desire to discover and use them constructively.  I have found these treasures to be of great value and so it behooves me to share them with you.

Just like the concept of alchemy, sometimes they come covered with rust, but if you take the time to look deep enough beneath the surface, you’ll find gold. You just need to know where to find these treasures, how to polish them, and then how to use them to prosper.

EGO: Prosperity does not mean to gain at the expense of another. The ego often times takes great pride in displaying its material wealth, or being envious and jealous of those who have more. Watch out for the troublesome four! We equate prosperity to the accumulation of things in the material world. The soul knows different We are not here to acquire but to achieve soul consciousness, and so let’s humbly bow to the soul and remember; money comes and money goes but prosperity once found last forever.

Follow along the pathway of Soul Walking and you too will discover how to prosper ~ here and now. Ask yourself this questions: “Traveler what do you seek here…since this world is not your final resting place?”

Namaste~ may you go with health, happiness and peace

#Karma ~ Overcoming #Obstacles

No doubt in 2021 we all had obstacles in our lives we needed to overcome, and no doubt as we approach the new year, we will also have obstacles to overcome. Karma means work. The nature of life is to work through life’s obstacles until we find peace and harmony.

To overcome life’s obstacles, we first need to understand the nature of life – it is continually changing, and is simply the result of cause and effect; put simply; life becomes what life does; If you want to change the effect you must change the cause. But we must also take time to reflect and accurately find the cause without blaming others, or falling into becoming a victim of life. This takes some self-realization for we are, at the core of our being, the cause for all that happens in our life simply by our actions and reactions to it. If someone hurts you it’s easy to blame that person. However, if we step back and observe we may find that the real cause is our lack of self-worth, or inability to release ourselves from toxic people and situations.

Yoga presents us with nine obstacles to overcome; physical illness, apathy and boredom, doubting self-worth, being distracted and careless, feeling heavy and burnt-out, having desires and cravings, doubting one’s progress, getting caught in the illusion of life and an inability to maintain and achievement continual practice karma yoga.

Karma teaches us that all of this falls into the four patterns of karma that block our progress. Blocking knowledge, (requires flexibly and being open to learning) blocking feelings, (requires strength) blocking vitality (requires balanced energy) and blocking free will (requires trust and liberation) It takes work to identify these and then to unblock them – that’s karma; let’s get to work.

END: Yoga presents us with nine obstacles to overcome; physical illness, apathy and boredom, doubting self-worth, being distracted and careless, feeling heavy and burnt-out, having desires and cravings, doubting one’s progress, getting caught in the illusion of life and an inability to maintain and achievement through continual practice karma yoga.

So, avoid burnout and stay vital; focus on vital radiant health body, mind and soul. Believe in your self-worth you are unique; seek to always learn and never be bored or distracted by life. Life is real it is your perceptions that get you caught in the illusion of life; be happy with what you have and then reach out for more; and continue to practice karma yoga, for you have made such progress this past year however, you must continue to practice, and when you think you have achieved success, practice some more. That’s karma – it takes continual work.

EGO: flip your hands up and rest them on your knees. Extend out the index finger – the symbol of the ego. Being bored, doubting self, being careless, feeling burnt-out, craving, doubting progress, living in an illusion and inability to maintain achievements are symbols of the egos fight to maintain its importance. Do not seek to extinguish the ego. It is for your self-preservation and self-identity. Simply seek to temper it by drawing your index finger in and placing your thumb on top which is the symbol of our soul; and remember from the soul’s perspective we  all have obstacle to overcome so:

Don’t fall into D-GAP

To overcome deceit and ignorance, be self-aware

To overcome greed and selfishness be generous

To overcome anger and hate be kind and loving

To overcome pride, be humble

Don’t block your progress:

To overcome blocking knowledge; be open and flexible

To overcome blocking feelings, be calm and self-reflect

To overcome blocked vitality, be healthy and radiant

To overcome blocked free will, be trustworthy and trust yourself

To overcome life’s obstacle, continue to practice karma. You have made such great progress this past year. Through continual practice you will achieve and maintain all things that you desire; health, wealth, happiness and peace.

Namaste ~ may you go with health, happiness and peace

#Meditation 2 - Self- Realization #Karma

To acquire self-realization on earth requires a dual existence. We must consciously perform our earthly duties while being immerse in soulful pursuit. Human life is full of sorrow and conflict until we learn to work our karma.

Karma teaches us that we are here on earth to perform our earthly work always mindful of the process of soulful pursuit. Everything that happens in your life is about the work of self-realization. We take on the body and the mind of a human and thus must do the earthly work of pursuing shelter, food, procreation and the means to survive. When we balance this with soulful work, we achieve self-realization and the answers to the question: why am I here, and what is this all about?

A self-realized person: Finds humor in a given situations. They get enjoyment and satisfaction out of the present moment They Understand what they need in order to gain a sense of purpose and meaning.

The process of self-realization is different for everyone. It is best described as being a sum of the parts rather than an isolated trait. For example, a person may have a creative soul and still not be fully self-realized. Self-realization is more about how we grow and expand our consciousness rather than about acquiring ideals such as perfection, success, or happiness.

It takes work – that’s karma Let’s get started

END

In general, self-realized people:

·      Accept themselves and others

·      Have a well-developed sense of creativity

·      Maintain deep and meaningful relationships

·      Can exist independently

·      Have a sense of humor, particularly an ability to find humor in their own mistakes

·      Accurately perceive reality, both as it pertains to the self and others

·      Have a sense of purpose and work towards realizing this

·      Experience frequent moments of profound happiness and joy

·      Show empathy and compassion for others

·      Appreciate the goodness of life.

Because self-realization is a duality between performing earthly duties and seeking soulful growth it can be a challenge. Working your karma, you begin to integrate your earthly work with your soulful work and in this you begin to walk the pathway of self-realization. But this takes work for it requires balancing the two while staying open and flexible and having the strength to believe in yourself.

Becoming self-realized is not always a straightforward process, and it can take lifetimes to achieve.  Many are good at acquiring earthly things through their earthly work, but few are good at achieving self-realization; it takes work – that’s karma.

EGO; the path of self-realization may be confusing to the ego. The ego sees the world as one of self-preservation and in this gets caught in the work of the world believing this to be the purpose of our lives. The main goal of the ego is to survive. Its need to belong, to get recognized and feel self-importance which often times overshadows the other side of our work – namely realization of the true self which has taken on this earthly presence to work our karma. Pull your finger in and place your thumb on top. See your talents, for we all have them. Work diligently to take advantage of them through conscious self-realization while consciously realizing your limitations.

Understanding comes to those who realize their true self. Realization of their true self comes to those who have gained understanding.

#Understanding – it’s good #karma

Week 1 #Understanding – it’s good #karma

Understanding – what does it mean to understand something?
Understanding is a relation between the knower and an object of understanding. In karma you are the knower presented with objects both physical and metaphysical for the sole purpose of understanding how what is presented to your life helps you to work your karma so your life works for you. It means to become the witnessing conscious to life. For example: anger is a great passion. We can all recognize it in ourselves and in others, but do we really understand it? it is simply a passion that if we let it control us either from the inside or out, we lose our true self which is called the pursusa – the witness who is able to observe life from a nonjudgmental place and to see it for what it really is – an opportunity to work our karma. It is energy that has taken on a passion. It is neither good nor bad but simply energy with a force. Anger can be used to right a wrong, or it can be an uncontrollable emotion. It is up to us to observe and understand.

Understanding means to stand under where we stand now. Know where you stand first and then try to stand where others are standing. It is a realization that we all stand on different levels with different capacity, taste and temperaments. We may look upon something and judge it a good or bad without taking the time to understand that each person has his or her own stand (perspective) in life. Everyone interrupts the world from their own point of view.

Sit in prosperous pose   Ommmmm

Meditation

Understanding comes to those who realize their true self. Realization of their true self comes to those who have gained understanding.

This takes work – that’s karma – let’s get started

END: Understanding means to be able to detach and observe both the seer (self) and what is seen for what it really is – simply opportunities to work your karma so your life works for you. When we can see and understand a passion within ourselves and apart from ourselves, we understand the true nature of life. Detached you are not affected by anything, but simply become the witness to all of life and it is here you gain total understanding of yourself and the meaning and purpose of life – work your karma so your life works for you. Detach but never be indifferent.

EGO: is the part of you that acts in self preserving ways without a clear understanding that we all have our own stand in life. One is not better or worse than the other. We are not here to superimpose our stand on the world, nor to save the world, but to work out karma so that we might first gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and then a deeper understanding of life. When we, as the seer, understand the true nature of what is seen we understand everything. This requires surrendering the ego to the soul. Here Understanding comes to those who realize their true self. Realization of their true self comes to those who have gained understanding. This takes work – that’s karma

ENJOY YOUR #THANKSGIVING DINNER #GUILT FREE!

Healthy Tips to keep your #weight under control and have fun!

We all know what we should and should not do when it come to the Thanksgiving feast. But indulgence once in a while is good for the body, the mind and the soul. As yogis say – you only live once; with this karma! So, enjoy this life in moderation. Now so you don’t feel guilty about indulging here are a few easy health tips to keep your calories in check.

Dance whenever you get the chance!

Here’s a music party play list for you below. Use this to have fun, burn calories and stay healthy.

Put the music on and start the party

When setting the table – Dance to Loco-Motion

After the meal have guest help clear the table by picking up their plate and forming a conga line dancing to Conga

After dessert – Have guests stand up and play - Twist Again

And then play A Little Less Conversation – and take a walk

After the meal get up and move. Take a walk with a family member and spend some quality time chatting. Thanksgiving is not about the meal, but about giving thanks for all the goodness that exists in your life. It’s a time to put aside conflict, strife and work, and enjoy your family and friends.

One half hour (that’s just 30 minutes!) of brisk walking a day will burn an extra 100 calories. Not only does walking burn calories, but it also helps to lower blood pressure, reduce stress and the sunlight you get will help your body make vitamin D which is needed for strong bones and good health.

And the play list:

Thanksgiving Theme/ Guaraldi

Family/Darcell

Having a Party/ Sam Cooke

De-Stress/Rebelution

The Thanksgiving Song/Adam Sandler

Harvest Moon/ Neil Young

The Turkey Song/Thanksgiving Theme

Instant Karma/ John Lennon

The Loco-Motion/ Little Eva

Conga/ Gloria Estefan

Let’s Twist/ Chubby Checker

A Little Less Conversation/ Elvis Presley

Imagine/ John Lennon

Grapefruit Diet/ Weird Al

What a Wonderful World/ Louis Armstrong

The Farewell Polka/ Ruthie and the Wranglers

Now if that doesn’t work for you…

Wander over to my You Tube Channel where you will find 5 free episodes of Doctor Lynn’s Functional Fitness  https://www.youtube.com/user/doctorlynn/feed

AND ONE LAST TIP – increase your metabolism naturally

Ok, so the holidays are coming and you want a natural way to increase your metabolism, right? Well, you’ve heard green tea will do it. But did you know adding a little mustard to your diet can increase metabolism? It’s called the thermo genetic effect. When we add certain foods to our diet, we can increase our metabolism because these foods literally heat up the body, improve circulation and require energy to digest them.  Lean protein is the best thermo genetics food as it takes a lot of work to digest protein, thus burning more calories (think turkey). When we add mustard, it increases the thermo genetics effect. Mustard is virtually void of calories so that makes it a good dressing and spread for lean meats. An added benefit is that mustard seeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids which also helps to increase metabolism and improve both heart and brain functioning.

Here is an easy and healthy side dish recipe that is low in calories and will give a boost to your metabolism from my book; Recipes for Sex, Health Happiness and Love; eating your way to success.

1 Bunch of fresh leeks cut into ½ inch disc, 2 tablespoons of mustard seeds, a tablespoon of olive oil, several button mushrooms sliced and the peel from one small orange cut into small slivers. Heat oil and toast mustard seeds in the oil, add leek slices, mushrooms and orange slivers and sautĂ© until leeks are tender.

Now enjoy your Thanksgiving feast guilt free. When shared with family and friends for the sake of giving thanks for all the blessing we have in our lives, Thanksgiving becomes the best meal of the year. But the real challenge is to keep those blessing and thanks going throughout the year to come.

Remember to enjoy the food, laugh with your family and friends, count your blessings and when you have the chance get up and dance!

Happy Thanksgiving

Karma plus the Troublesome Four

As we say with Karma yoga – don’t fall into D-GAP. The four great passions of deceit, greed anger and pride will surely get you into trouble. As you move through life working on your karma each of the troublesome four will also try and attach themselves to your work. If you let them, they will make your labor one of burden as opposed to joy.

Envy brings with it deceit which confuses acquiring for achieving. Many people are good at acquiring, but not at achieving. Greed brings a lack of contentment, while anger leaves us wanting to inflict misfortune because our sense of pride is misdirected and we feel inferior.

Jealousy is often disguised in deceiving ourselves into feeling threatened. Greed comes along to make us feel a loss of control while anger adds suspicion and pride leaves us without trust.

Resentment’s deceit is in blaming others and not taking responsibility for our part. Do we really think that we had nothing to do with the unfolding of events in our lives?  Resentment gets attached to greed leaving us measuring success by outward appearance while feeling angry because the world seems unfair and disappointing. Our pride kicks in to make us feel like a victim.

Revenge deceives us by getting into our heads. We are the one who suffers when we deceive ourselves with thoughts of greed fueled by anger and enhanced by self-deserving pride that seeks to even the score with an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.

It will take balance, strength flexibility and the ability to find contentment and peace in a chaotic world to master the 4 great passions and the troublesome four – it takes work -that’s karma, so let’s get to work.

END:

Be careful not to fall into D-GAP and be controlled by The Troublesome Four. Just be aware when they arrive; trust me on this one; they will arrive, one by one, in a pair and sometimes all together at once.  Acknowledge them and then investigate why you let these four get into your head and control your life in such a burdensome and impoverish way. What did you gain?

Deceit, greed, anger and pride will never be mastered by letting envy, jealousy, resentment and revenge reside in your mind.  So, be careful what you let occupy your mind.  Because what you let in your mind will occupy you.  It’s takes work – that’s karma.

EGO: Just remember the four great passions and the troublesome four will always pull you away from your center – your core is where your soul its quietly waiting for you to return.  Pull your index finger in and place your thumb on top; the symbol of your soul. You are here on earth to work your life so that your soul evolves. Let your soul be your guide and you will know how to work your karma so your life works for you.

Karma ~Watch Out for the Troublesome Four

The Troublesome Four are envy, jealousy, resentment and revenge. These four will surely get you into karmic trouble!

Envy is a widespread feeling today. We think of it as being present only in the business world, but it also rears its ugly head along the soulful path. Secretly individuals may wonder how far the other soul has gotten and whether he or she has already reached a higher level of being. This of course creates conflict as an unhappy soul may wish to inflict misfortune onto others. This conflicts with the guidepost suggestion of doing no harm.

Jealousy is a morbid emotion that looks for anything that will cause suffering.  With jealousy an individual feels threatened by the loss of control over another person or situation. It is a feeling of suspicion and mistrust. Jealousy corrodes and destroys everything it touches. Jealousy is really a feeling of being unlovable and in constant danger of losing.  It is based in uncertainty and fear.  The opposite of jealousy is trustworthiness.

Resentment is a negative state where an individual blames everybody and everything, but self for the state of his or her life. This individual feels he or she is the hapless victim of a cruel fate. Life is seen as unfair and full of disappointments. Resentment results from expectation. We expect something and when it doesn’t turn out as expected we experience resentment.  We then begin to see ourselves as a hapless victim when in fact the responsibility for our destiny and happiness has to do with how we see things and not what another person does or does not do.

Revenge is an act of wanting to conflict hurt or harm on someone for an injury or wrong suffered at their hands. You want to even the score by one-up-man-ship. Retribution in the form of an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth is the focus of revenge.

The worse thing about revenge is that it gets inside your head and hijack your focus. Once revenge occupies the space within your head fighting it is like fighting yourself. Be careful with what you let occupy your mind; it will occupy you.

To master the Troublesome Four requires balance, strength and flexibility, as well as the ability to be content and at peace with your life just as it is. Circumstances happen. You cannot un-happen them. Accept what happens. Learn from it and focus on using what you have learned to prosper. If someone has done you wrong don’t try to correct it with another wrong; because two wrongs will never make a right. Let’s get started:

END:   Life will present you with the troublesome four: envy, jealousy, resentment and revenge. You cannot avoid them but you can see them for what they are:

Once you know who you are (the infinite capacity to be) and why you are here (to discover this infinite capacity) envy, jealousy, resentment and revenge become irrelevant.  To master the troublesome four, be content, trustworthy, generous and objective, and remember the world is real. It is your perception (how you see things) that is the illusion. Remove the maya (illusion), detach and be objective but never indifferent, and you will see the world and all its events as opportunities to learn, know and master your life. Change the way you see things and the way you see things changes.

EGO:  it is the ego that uses the troublesome four in an attempt to control. Pride and deceit are mighty passions that cause one to justify envy, jealousy, resentment and revenge. The ego wants to win and yet in life whenever we employ any of the troublesome four, we always lose. The best way to master the troublesome four is to pull back to the soul. Be content with what comes into your life, trust yourself, be grateful for what you have and forgive. These are not easy things to do. It takes work and that is karma.

Is #Life an Illusion? What about #boundaries?

Maya means illusion or boundaries and can be quite confusing. It does not mean that the world is not real. The world is made up of real experiences through which we gain real knowledge into the nature of our purusa or our real being. It is not the world that is the illusion, but our interpretation of the experience.

Millionaires come and go. Beauty fades. What might be important today might mean nothing tomorrow. Understanding this we realize that the maya or the illusion is in believing that life is about boundaries, bank accounts and material possessions. It is not the material world that defines us, but rather it is how we use the material world to define and refine our being.  We need the world to help us create our lives. We are here as a physical and mental being to assist the soul’s evolution and so we need the world to help us evolve.

To best understand this, suppose something makes you angry. It is not the “something” that makes you angry, but rather your interpretation of the experience and how you choose to experience it. Understanding this you have the opportunity to evolve, which is simply to change the passion of anger to kindness and this is known as working your karma. But it takes seeing the world for what it is – simply experiences for the soul to evolve, and then stepping back into a balanced state of being which requires strength and flexibility. This all takes work and that is karma. Let’s get started.

Simply remember that everything in the world is real. It is here for your evolution. The maya or illusion is in believing that everything is permanent and more important than the journey of your soul. Use the world, but do not be used by the world. Remember you are a steward of life so use it wisely. To overcome maya detach without indifference. Observe everything with an objective eye. Remove the emotional attachment and you will discover clarity. You will begin to understand why you are here and what you have to learn. See every problem as an opportunity to learn, know and master your life

But remember if you fall into the D-GAP and you block knowledge, feelings, vitality(health) and/or free will (choice) it will be impossible to understand maya and to see the forest for the trees.

EGO: the ego thinks it knows all, puts up a good front when it comes to feelings, takes physical health and vitality for granted and still believes it can control both the cause and the effect of things. It tries to use the world for its own gain rather than for preservation and continuation which is the true purpose of the ego. Humble yourself and bow to your soul. It will always show you the maya if you take the time to step back and observe the true purpose of life – it is about the evolution of your soul.

Namaste ~ may you go with health, happiness and peace

Time Gates - the door to opportunities

Watch Out for Time Gates

Time gates are passageways or spaces we step into at a particular time that change the direction of our life.  Time gates exist everywhere without regards for time. They are simply space providing the means for change.  When we refer to change, we refer to time and not space.  However, all points in space are relative to one another and therefore a time gate cannot exist in empty space. It must be linked to a specific event and events happen as a result of time.

Wherever you are in the world you will be faced with time gates. These gates are constantly opening and closing. When we step through a time gate, we either consciously or unconsciously set off a stream of time space events that can have a power influence upon our life. In an instant our life can change. An artist is discovered, a lover is found, and a leader is toppled. From the outside it appears that a person’s life has changed dramatically for better, or for worse when in fact one has simply stepped through a time gate and the space you occupy has changed. Whether it is prosperous or not depends upon a number of circumstances.  Be careful because what might appear to be a stroke of luck might turn out to be a burden.

There are creative and prosperous time gates and then there are destructive and disastrous time gates. It is our level of perception and the depth of our wisdom that determines which gates we step through and which we avoid. Our karma will draw us to certain gates and bind us to others. The gate to prosperity may open before us, but because of our karmic blindness we might walk right passed it.

Being aware and open to opportunity allows you to discover time gates. You cannot be in a hurry to find them, but you must overcome the four patterns of blocked knowledge, blocked feelings, blocked vitality and blocked free will to discover them. Be open to receiving information, none of us have all the answers. Experience all feelings for this is what it means to be human. Keep yourself vital and healthy, and remember you have the power to choose what and how you let things into your life. But this takes work and that is karma.

END:

Being stuck in negativity at the lower chakras and at the lower layers of your being will blind you from the prosperous time gates and bind you to the destructive gates. Free up your energy, lighten your load, and keep your eyes open for opportunity. Look for knowledge, acknowledge your feelings, stay vital and healthy and remember you have the power to choose what and how you let things into your life. Work on your karma and be aware. You have the power to choose which time gates you walk through and which ones to avoid.

EGO: The ego often thinks of itself as having all the answers, justifies its feelings, thinks it is strong and like to use free will to justify any and all actions. None of us have all the answers in life and often times our feelings are miss construed. The ego is weak in that it can easily be crushed and free will does not mean to justify any and all actions. The soul reminds us that being open to all of life without judgement gives us the ultimate in power, for we realize from the soul’s perspective that we are all a part of this vast universe. Each with a significate part to play. Be open and aware. Stay vial and strong and choose the path of the soul and prosperous time gates will open for you.
