Mystery of life

What is the mystery of life? The mystery of life is the quest to understand life’s origin and its processes, purpose, and significance. Whether approached through science, philosophy, or faith, the mystery of life invites wonder, reflection, and a deeper engagement with existence itself. We are here on Earth in earthly form as a body and a mind to discover the purpose of existence. But it often remains a mystery because most people think it is about the material world. Karma yoga teaches us that our everyday lives and our soulful journey are the same and not separate. Your life is about correcting and improving your karmic energy. It is not about your bank account, your house, your job, or your youth. We are not here to discover some secret formula that makes life easy. We are here to discover bliss. Not an unconscious state of bliss but rather the awareness of the state of bliss. To understand this, think of a time when you were ill or in pain. Do you remember the feeling you had the first day you felt well, or the pain subsided? That is a pure moment of bliss. In our everyday lives, we often take our health and our comfort for granted until they are removed. But finding this state of bliss takes appreciation, gratitude, discipline, and conscious work and cannot be attained without balance, flexibility, strength, and moments of peace. Let’s get started. END: Life can be viewed as either heaven or hell. How we view life and what we do with our lives determines our karma. It takes tremendous work to attain and maintain a state of bliss, especially when living in a chaotic world full of adversity, war, poverty, illness, and pain. The important thing is to be aware of the state of your being and remember you have the power to choose how you view the world, be it heaven or hell. EGO Flip your palms up and extend out the index finger, the symbol of the ego. The ego is the part of you that seeks self-preservation. This is important because we must persevere if we wish to grow and come to an understanding of the mystery of life. But the ego often forgets our mission here on earth and seeks to elevate itself from a place of self-preservation to a place of self-importance. Pull your finger in and place the thumb on top – take a breath – surrender to the soul. We are here to uncover the mystery of life – it is about finding pure bliss. We get glimpses of it here on Earth when we appreciate, express love, and are grateful. When those moments happen, recognize them, and you will begin to uncover why we are here and what this life is all about – finding true bliss. Namaste~ may you walk the path of life with health, happiness, and peace. Doctor Lynn
