We are PERCENTAGES of ENERGY - Karma - what can we change to improve our lives?

Karma - what can we change to improve our lives? When we reincarnate, karma particles come into our lives in percentages, greatly influencing our lives. The smallest percentage of karma relates to the length of your life. No matter what you do, negative or positive, this karma determines the length of your life. The percentage is 5 percent. This is an exciting concept, as we can see that the length of our life is not nearly as important as the nature of our life. Name and fame equal 6 %. Your individuality equals 8% as well, and your family or origin equals 8%, for a total of 16% The karma of knowledge, happiness, and awareness equal 12% each, and Belief and conduct equal 19%. The karma of joy equal 18 % You cannot change your individuality and your family of origin. But you can change the length of life, name and fame, knowledge, happiness, awareness, belief, conduct, and the joy you bring into your life. This means that you have the power to change 84% of your karma – but it requires awareness and work, so let’s get started. END Your karma is divided into percentages, which rule different areas of your life. We cannot change our individuality or family of origin. Still, we can change the other 84 percent: name and fame, knowledge, happiness and awareness, beliefs and conduct, and the expression of joy. We have chosen to return to a particular family as a particular individual for the completion of our lessons. Using these percentages, we can see ways to improve our lives. EGO: humans tend to be egocentric. That means to think of themselves as the center of the world. When out of balance, the ego causes one to be egocentric. When in balance, we have a healthy sense of self as being a part of and not a part from all of life. Pull your finger in and place your thumb on top. Take a breath and surrender to the soul. Appreciate your individuality. Honor yourself while not hurting others. There is no one on earth living your unique life. You are unique and special, and so is everyone else. Even with all of life’s ups and downs, you are here to discover the amazement of your soul. Honor yourself and every other unique soul. TIME GATES-the endless possibilities

Time gates are passageways or spaces we step into at a particular time that changes the direction of our lives. Time gates exist everywhere without regard for time. Wherever you are in the world, you will face time gates. These gates are constantly opening and closing. When we step through a time gate, we consciously or unconsciously set off a stream of time-space events that can influence our lives. In an instant, our lives can change. An artist is discovered, a lover is found, or a leader is toppled. From the outside, it appears that a person’s life has changed dramatically for better or for worse when, in fact, one has stepped through a time gate, and the space one occupies has changed. Whether it is prosperous or not depends upon awareness and a number of circumstances. What might appear to be a stroke of luck might be a burden. Balance, flexibility, strength, and awareness are needed to discover time gates. END: Being aware and open to opportunity allows you to discover time gates. You cannot be in a hurry to find them, but you must know what you are looking to find and then stay open to all the possibilities. EGO: Flip your palm up and extend out the index fingers – the symbol of the ego. Don’t let the ego's control and fear for survival hold you back from allowing the time gate doors of opportunity to open for you. You will find prosperous gates when you allow yourself to move through time with balance, flexibility, and strength. Pull your finger in and place your thumb on top. Take a breath and surrender to your soul. The soul can feel and see opportunities where the body-mind closes them off. Be aware, quiet, and listen to your soul – your intuition or that small voice inside knows which gate to open and which to close. Choose consciously. Don’t Confuse the Map for the Territory Here is an example of a time gate. I was living in Maine and wanted to move to LA, but I had no idea how I would do this. I kept feeling this tug to move west. One day, when I was working with a real estate client, I mentioned I wanted to move to LA. Later that day, she called me and told me her son had been offered a job in LA but would turn it down. The company was looking for people to move and would pay all the moving costs. She gave me the contact information. I contacted the company, was hired, and moved to LA, which completely changed my life. Be on the lookout for time gates! Doctor Lynn

KARMA: we begin with: how did we get to this life, at this time, and in this place?

According to karma, we reincarnated. To fully understand karma, we need to begin with an understanding of reincarnation. Whether you believe in reincarnation or not, it is an interesting subject for most people. According to karma yoga and physics, we are simply a bundle of energy. According to the laws of thermodynamics, energy is never lost but changes form. Therefore, our energy field (body, mind, soul) is seen as a subtle form of motion, like a wave or a pulse that goes on and on. If we follow the laws of thermodynamics, we can conclude that our energy is never lost. It simply changes form. So, it would stand to reason that when we die, our energy changes to a different form of energy, and that energy maintains the potential to return to Earth and change its form again. The laws of karma state that when we transcend to the astral world (die), we go to the holdover place where emotions do not weigh us down and are free to appraise our past deeds and misdeeds accurately. We then decide what areas need improvement and what needs to be addressed. We then decide to return to earth life to do the correction work. But to do this, we must experience all of life, pleasure, and pain and be willing to take on human emotions and feelings. According to karma, we find and choose a suitable body, our parents, and a situation that will best help us work our karma. Therefore, honor your body, parents, and life – for you have chosen all three. Takes work – that’s karma! Let’s get started with the work of honoring your body, mind, and soul. END: According to karma, you have reincarnated to do the work that will improve yourself and the world. Just remember, energy is never lost. It simply changes form. Pay attention to your thoughts, words, and deeds, for they tell a lot about the state of your being, your character's depth, and your karmic work. You are here to work on your being, body, mind, and soul. Honor your body, your parents, and your life. EGO: Flip your palms up and extend out the index finger. The ego is our survival mechanism. It warns us of danger and urges us to protect ourselves. But it forgets that time on earth is temporary and why it is here. It often sees itself pitted against others and, therefore, can get caught up in believing it is always right and more important than other souls. Pull your index finger in and place your thumb on top. Take a breath and surrender to your soul. Connecting with the soul, we relieve ourselves from the ego's grip. We realize that this life is temporary and that we are here not to exert our importance but to do the work that makes us and the world a better place. It takes work – that’s why you are here - that’s karma! Namaste~ may you walk the path of life with health, happiness, and peace. Doctor Lynn For classes, books, and more

The Power of Karma will Transform Your Life.

To unlock the power of karma, we first need to understand what karma is. Sometimes, it is best to define something by understanding what it is not. Karma is not the “pop culture” definition of good karma and bad karma. There is no good or bad karma because karma is not about judgment, which predisposes something as good or bad. All action is karma, and all action takes work. Therefore, karma means we are here on earth to work on our character and to do that, we must experience all of life, both pleasure, and pain and then, through experience and knowledge, discern what appropriate course of action will bring about the greatest good. The goal of life is to acquire knowledge. Nothing can be achieved without knowledge, and knowledge only comes through experience. All action is karma, which requires balance, strength, flexibility, and peace. Let’s get to work… END: Karma is not about good behavior or bad behavior. It is about consciously deciding how you think, speak, and act. These are the things that define your character. Whether good or bad – it's up to you to do the work. Karma means work – you are here to build character through your life experience. Use these experiences to guide you to take the appropriate action that does no harm and brings the greatest good to the greatest many. That’s how you work your karma and transform your life. EGO: Flip your palm up and extend out the index finger – the symbol of the ego. The ego is the part of us that compares, competes, and passes judgment. Be careful when judging others. Remember, a bad deed does not mean you will receive something bad, nor will a good deed bring you something good. Pull your finger in and place your thumb on top – the symbol of the soul. Take a deep breath and surrender to the soul. You are here to do the soul’s work, which means building your character to create the greatest good within yourself and acting in ways that bring the greatest good to the greatest many. Work your karma and transform your life. Namaste~ may you walk the path of life with health, happiness, and peace. Doctor Lynn For online classes, books, and more visit
