Is it time for a break? When work and life become an over load
it’s time to pull back and take a break. The best way to pull back is to rest,
sleep and escape with a good movie, a good book and a walk in the park. Know
when to pullback and give yourself permission to recoup your energy. Energy may
be infinite but remember it changes form. Don’t let the stress and strain of
life burn you out.
So take a day and be good to yourself. It’s time for a
break!
