foods. We all know that exercise is the only real antidote to
expend excess calorie consumption. But

from the Patanjali Research Foundation in Haridwar India yoga breath increases
levels of leptin, a hormone produced by fat tissues that signals the brain in
inhibit hunger. Leptin has also been shown to stimulate fatty tissue to burn
energy.
