The first is right knowledge and the second is incorrect knowledge.
How many times have you perceived something incorrectly and
how many times has it disturbed your peace? Be careful with the information you
receive and how you interrupt it. This is how the mind gets distorted. Examine
your thoughts. When you feel emotions arise, step back, take a breath and you
may see that things are not as they appear. In the dark you come upon a coil of rope and
mistake it for a snake. This frightens you. The information is incorrect, but
you still react.
Be careful with incorrect information. It is everywhere. Let
your root ground you, your solar plexus strengthen you, your heart open you and
your intuition guide you. Question and examine.
