A great side dish that is both healthy and sexy. Peas are one of the most nutritious leguminous vegetable, rich in
health benefiting phyto-nutrients, minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants. Add a
little mint for arousal and you’ve got a great healthy and sexy side dish!
Sauté in a rounded tablespoon of butter
thinly sliced onion rings. When onion is soft add 2 tablespoons of water and
one cup of fresh peas. Sauté until peas are tender. Remove from heat and toss
in several small sprigs of fresh mint. Serve warm. No wonder Pluto fell in love
with Mintha!
