The Power of Karma will Transform Your Life.

To unlock the power of karma, we first need to understand what karma is. Sometimes, it is best to define something by understanding what it is not. Karma is not the “pop culture” definition of good karma and bad karma. There is no good or bad karma because karma is not about judgment, which predisposes something as good or bad. All action is karma, and all action takes work. Therefore, karma means we are here on earth to work on our character and to do that, we must experience all of life, both pleasure, and pain and then, through experience and knowledge, discern what appropriate course of action will bring about the greatest good. The goal of life is to acquire knowledge. Nothing can be achieved without knowledge, and knowledge only comes through experience. All action is karma, which requires balance, strength, flexibility, and peace. Let’s get to work… END: Karma is not about good behavior or bad behavior. It is about consciously deciding how you think, speak, and act. These are the things that define your character. Whether good or bad – it's up to you to do the work. Karma means work – you are here to build character through your life experience. Use these experiences to guide you to take the appropriate action that does no harm and brings the greatest good to the greatest many. That’s how you work your karma and transform your life. EGO: Flip your palm up and extend out the index finger – the symbol of the ego. The ego is the part of us that compares, competes, and passes judgment. Be careful when judging others. Remember, a bad deed does not mean you will receive something bad, nor will a good deed bring you something good. Pull your finger in and place your thumb on top – the symbol of the soul. Take a deep breath and surrender to the soul. You are here to do the soul’s work, which means building your character to create the greatest good within yourself and acting in ways that bring the greatest good to the greatest many. Work your karma and transform your life. Namaste~ may you walk the path of life with health, happiness, and peace. Doctor Lynn For online classes, books, and more visit http://www.doctorlynn.com
